Leadership is not just about guiding a team towards its goals; it’s also about recognizing and celebrating the milestones achieved along the way. Celebrating team wins is crucial for boosting morale, fostering a positive work culture, and inspiring your team to continue striving for excellence.
At a personal level, I had to learn to be intentional at this one. By nature tend to push the limit of what can be achieve and I tend to keep going without acknowledging the progress and the small victories. While it is great to focus on the end goal, the milestones we achieve can fuel the motivation to keep going.
