Hi Meaningful Leaders,
In our final week of the “New Year, Bold Moves: The 2025 Leadership Challenge,” we explore how to sustain the momentum we’ve built and push beyond the basics to achieve lasting change in our leadership habits.
Elevating Your Habits
Proverbs 27:17, “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another,” highlights the importance of continual improvement and mutual growth. It’s crucial to not only maintain the habits you’ve developed but also to continually refine and expand them. The people we sorround ourselves with play a pivotal role in the success we can potentially achieve. Choose your company wisely.
Advanced Strategies for Growth:
- Set Higher Goals: As you become comfortable with your current habits, challenge yourself with higher goals that push your boundaries. By now, you have developed a newfound confidence in your abilities to keep the commitments to yourself; so take it up a notch and keep going…the sky is the limit!
- Teach Others: One of the best ways to deepen your own understanding and commitment to a habit is to teach it to others. There’s always someone in the path that’s just a few steps behind us. Mentoring them not only will help them reach their goals, but it will help us in solidifying the lessons we have learned in the process.
- Continuous Learning: Commit to lifelong learning to keep your leadership skills sharp and your habits relevant. Intentional growth is the key to elevating our leadership.
This Week’s Insight:
Almost anything you set your mind to do is achievable with the right plan in place. Same as you wouldn’t take your car and start driving without a destination and route to get there in mind, planning and creating structures around us to achieve those plans is the way to go!

Take Action:
Select one habit you’ve mastered and consider ways you can teach this to others in your team, organization or even among your family. How can you expand this habit to create even greater impact?
As we conclude this challenge, let’s commit to a lifetime of growth and excellence. Let’s continue to refine our leadership, sharpening not just ourselves but those around us.
Thank you so reading and God bless you,
